We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, but delivery to some Asian countries and remote areas may not be available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

5.4 Delivery Issues

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Eligibility

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used masks (Alien Masks, Classic Monster Masks, Clown Costumes)
• Custom or personalized animatronics
• Bloody/Gory Props removed from packaging
• Animatronic Mechanisms that have been installed or modified
• Items used in haunts or events
• Products missing serial numbers or tags

6.3 Return Process

To return an item:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Package item carefully in original packaging with RAN clearly marked

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process refunds as follows:

• Credit Card/PayPal payments: Refunded to original payment method within 3-5 business days
• Processing time: Allow 7-10 business days for refund to appear on your account
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to damaged or incorrect items
